We are centrally situated, providing easy access to Cape Town and Table Mountain, Stellenbosch and the Wine Routes, close to the Tygervalley Shopping Centre, Bellville Sports & Cycle Stadiums, US Management School, overlooking the Welgemoed Golf Course, Tennis Club & Squash Club, a supermarket, Health & Racquet Club, two excellent restaurants, the N1 highway, hospitals and schools.

Bell Rosen Guesthouse offers 15 En-suite rooms, our suite are tastefully finished and decorated. They are warm and spacious - designed to meet the needs of our discerning clientele.

Please note: All our rooms are non smoking.

We offer four room types:

Standard Rooms, basic with in-suite bathroom.
Standard Suites, in-suite, more spacious than our standard rooms.
Executive Suite, lounge separate from bedroom overlooking golf course. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children (sleeper couch)
CEO Suite, Large lounge separate from spacious bedroom overlooking golf course. Suitable for a family of 4.
