The unit consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge with open plan kitchen, shower, toilet and basin. It has a private entrance which leads to it s own patio with braai area, which is fenced from the garden and swimming pool.
Parking is off-street. The entrance is separate and private.
The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and built -in cupboards, as well as a wall safe in the cupboard.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and cupboard.
The lounge also has a double sleeper couch. We have TV with M-Net and DSTV.Telephone, Fax and email facilities are available.
The kitchen has a 4-plate stove with oven, fridge and microwave. It is equipped with crockery and cutlery for 6 people and also extras such as a coffee maker, electric frying pan, pots and pans etc.
There is also an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and clock radio.
Each room is equipped with heaters for those cold winter evenings.
It is an ideal comfortable and homely destination for tourists, businessmen/women and relocating families.
The unit is usually serviced on a weekly basis but can be increased on request. Laundry service on request.

DirectionsOn the N1 from Cape Town, take Exit 23 (R302) to Durbanville. Turn Left onto Durban Rd and continue up the road for approximately 5Km. You will pass the Rose Garden on your Left and at the next set of Traffic Lights, turn Left into Sentinel Road, take the first Left again into Drakenstein Rd, then the first Right into Hangklip Rd. We are No. 4 on the Right. From the Airport, follow the M10 to Bellville, turning right at Modderdam Rd then turn left into Delarey Rd travelling for approximately 3kms. then turn right into Francie van Zyl Rd (M16). Follow the road that forks to the left, Tygerberg Hospital will be on your Right. Follow this road doing a tight bend in the road and you will come to a big intersection - go Left up Mike Pienaar Drive (M16) - Follow the road up until you get the signs to the N1 Paarl. You will go under the Freeway then turn Right. The next turn off will be Exit 23 to Durbanville. Follow the above route. |
