Awake in the morning to a delicious homemade breakfast on the sun terrace overlooking the pool set in a tropical garden. On cooler, winter days you can enjoy your breakfast indoors in front of a roaring fire.

Blackheath Lodge was built back in the 1880's, which helps to explain our Victorian design, spacious interiors, high ceilings and wooden floors. And has more recently been renovated and enhanced with touches of unique eclectic African style and charm.
We’re just a stone’s throw away from the happening city centre of Cape Town. As well as the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town’s shopping Mecca. And we’re also close to the famous beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard including Clifton and Camps Bay. Children over the age of 12 are welcome. On enquiry younger children will be accommodated, depending on the time of the year. ACCOMMODATION: Blackheath has ten luxury en suite rooms, all of which are stylishly designed, with extra-length twin / king beds and elegant en-suite bathrooms. For your added comfort, convenience and satisfaction, every room also has a well-stocked mini-bar, wireless broadband connection, satellite television, a telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. While our luxury lofts all have air conditioning.BREAKFAST: Our breakfasts are also legendary. Our chef, wakes up before the sun every morning to bake breakfast quiches and homemade muffins, which are hot, fresh, delicious and served with butter, jam and honey. Or if you’d simply like a full English or Continental breakfast, just let us know.
Other basic services available on request include a full laundry service, airport transfers and car rental. And we have on street parking, and an on street security office, so no worries where parking is concerned.

DirectionsDirections from Cape Town International Airport:
Exit the airport and follow the signs for Cape Town (travel along the N2). Continue along the N2 and follow signs indicating “City”then later “Sea Point”. At the end of Table Bay Boulevard, be sure to follow directions boards to Sea Point, turning right onto Western Boulevard. Travel along the boulevard and as soon as you see the Ocean, merge left, turn left at the traffic lights into Three Anchor Bay Road, continue over the intersection of the Main Road into Glengariff Road, then turn right just before the next traffic lights into Blackheath Road. Look for number 6, and that’s us!
